Mycro aims to create a sustainable innovative solution for the people with time and financial difficulty, thereby tokenizing the imbalance between both time and money..In addition, the Platform will play a major decentralized P2P role through a user friendly dedicated mobile app. Short term job can be posted on the mycro network free of charge.
Mycro offer the following class of jobs:
- Home service job such as Gardening, cleaning , general home cleaning and many more
- They offer Delivery service which includes transportation services, shipping services and more.
- They also offer Virtual Services such as online survey, administrative service , assistance services , travelling planning and more
- They offer Skilled service which includes modeling work TV installation, computer repair , piano lesson ,DJ work and many more.
How does payment payment take place between the employer and employee?
If agreement is reached between both parties, the Platform will provide both of them their QR code .If both parties has reached agreement on the payment through cryptocurrency , the payment will be sent directly to an escrow smart contract. In this case both of them will not have access to the money until the job execution. After the completion of the job the employee scan the job providers QR code and get paid by the smart contract. Mycro Platform users only pay 2% fee for the use of the Platform unlike other Platform that charge exorbitantly.

Mycro depends on special sorting functions. Both contractors and job providers can determine their preferences and rank based on their interests. Thank you, for a smart self-learning matching algorithm that will sort available job offers, taking into account the pre-selected preferences, job history and rankings generated from this. The contractor finds all job offers that are sorted individually in the Mobile Application. These are all based on user guides or user surfaces that can be compared to networks such as Tinder. The contractor must do it
swipe to see through job offers and search for suitable offers. Jobs are sorted in descending order based on the level of compatibility.
How do payment systems work between job providers and employers?
If work is agreed between the job provider and ten workers, both will receive a personal QR code. The start of the job is indicated by
the job provider scanning the QR code contractor. If both parties have decided to pay with cryptocurrency, the agreed amount will be sent directly to the escrow smart contract at this stage. The money will be
kept in trust by a smart contract escrow when the work is done (escrow). Job providers and employers do not have the authority to access money. To end the job, the contractor scans the QR code of the job provider and the smart contract will take care of the contractor's money.
